That’s why we’ve teamed up to create Aesthetics, an advanced program designed to align with your body, your schedule, and your goals.

Aesthetics caters to both men and women with at least 1 year of lifting experience. It adapts to your current level and progressively intensifies as you make weekly and monthly adjustments.

Is this just another generic program?

Absolutely not. Our program stands out through meticulous exercise selection, regular adjustments, and program rotation. We provide you with the essential tools to attain and maintain an incredible physique. Our exercise design and programme layout minimises injury risks and ensures balanced muscle development, leaving no weak or lagging body parts. 
We explain the rationale behind each exercise at the beginning of every training cycle, catering to those seeking foundational knowledge and those who crave in-depth understanding.

Aesthetics is structured to optimise your time and effort in the gym. We understand that nobody wants to waste time on exercises that don’t contribute to overall progress or, worse, lead to injuries that disrupt your gym routine.

What We Expect From You:

  • Commit to a minimum of 3 weekly training sessions, with 4 being ideal, and the option to explore a program designed for 5 sessions.
  • Allocate 45-60 minutes per training session.
  • Access to a fully equipped gym.
  • A minimum of 1 year of prior training experience.
Gym Requirements

To get the most out of training, access to a fully equipped is required. If skill or equipment is limited, our extensive video library will guide you in scaling and modifications.


For this programme we do advise using a fully equipped gym, At minimum you will need access to a squat rack, dumbbells, resistance bands.

Do I need a gym to complete this program?

Access to a gym is required for this program.

How much time do I need?

FULL BODY AESTHETICS is a 3-5 sessions per week. Each session will take approximately 45-90 minutes.

What happens if I miss a day?

No stress. This program is designed to be flexible and allows you to shift the days of training to suit you.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Monthly billing is automated unless you cancel.

How many days of training will I receive at a time?

You will receive 7 days of training at a time.

How do I train at Farm Fitness?
