Farm Fitness COVID-19 update

Following the government’s announcement over the weekend, we will be closing the Farm from close of play on Wednesday 4th November until Thursday 3rd December.

We would like to that all of our Farm Fitness members for reaching out to us over the past few days and continued support during these uncertain times. Memberships will be automatically frozen during our closure until it is deemed acceptable to open. 

We understand the disappointment and frustration that you must be feeling, and your well-being and physical health with continue to be our main priority. As such, we will be offering home workouts inspiration, competitions and training resources to keep you Farm Fit from the comfort of your own home.

Remember, our team are all on hand to support you in anyway during these challenging times and our email is always open if you have any questions.

 

Will I be charged while the gym is closed?
Your membership will be frozen whilst the Farm is closed. 

Do I need to freeze my membership?
You will not be charged whilst we are closed, and please do not cancel your Direct Debit. We will be in regular contact with you whilst we are closed, including full support through our social media channels.  We will inform you once we have a re-opening date. If your membership is due to unfreeze whilst we are closed, your freeze will be extended, and will re activate once we open.

My membership is paid annually
Annual memberships will be extended for the period the gym is closed.

Will unused PT sessions be rolled over?
All unused Personal Training sessions will be extended.

Yes your remaining class passes have been transferred and are still valid.

We are continuing to follow government guidelines and will adjust class capacity when possible.

Yes, these will still be usable with your PT.

Unfortunately the outdoor gym will be closed until the 3rd December.

Unfortunately, this remains closed until the 3rd December. When our indoor weights section opens back up you will have to book your training time slot on the app to help limit the number of people training at any one time.
