Farm Fitness are throwing our hats in the arena of junior training with our new ‘Farm Fit Kids’ concept!
Seeking to not only encourage kids to become more active and engage in exercise, we want to create an environment where children are given the opportunity to build their competence and confidence in an outdoor environment.
A combination of enjoyable, mental and physical challenges will encourage your child to explore their physical ability through adapting to progressive ’functional movement patterns’, that will help them thrive in their everyday lives!
They can look forward to pushing, pulling, climbing, dragging, jumping and running their way through a series of obstacles set out on the farm. Teaming up with kids of their own age, your child will learn the importance of teamwork and leadership skills whilst being fully supported by our Trained Farm Fitness Staff!
