Farm Fitness Small Group PT Sessions

Monday to friday - See timetable above for times

Small group PT allows each member to receive more personal attention with one of our trainers working in a smaller group setting but still reaping the rewards of Personal Training. Whatever your goal, together we will make it happen.

Monday

Boom Class

7:00PM TO 8:00PM

Working in a friendly, competitive environment in our BOOM sessions you’ll work through multiple ‘blocks’ of modified strongman, functional bodyweight movements and measurable metabolic cardio bouts to log your high score on the white board.

Be ready to boost your fitness levels, increase your movement abilities and torch some serious calories.

Tuesday

Blitz Class

9:30AM TO 10:30AM

Our BLITZ class is no ordinary bootcamp.

Using a unique, research based and results driven mixture of muscle building and metabolic rate boosting strength exercises and calorie torching conditioning bouts.

You’ll work in small teams to carry each other through some of the most effective, rewarding total body workouts of your life.

Wednesday

Farm Fitness kids

4:30PM TO 5:30PM (Half Term Only)

They can look forward to pushing, pulling, climbing, dragging, jumping and running all in an exhilarating outdoor environment. Teaming up with other kids, your child will learn the fundamentals of functional fitness, along with the importance of teamwork, honing the ability to support one another, whilst always having someone there to support them!

Build Class

6:45PM TO 7:45PM

Our BUILD sessions combine compound lifts, modified strongman and non-traditional movements with field tested rep schemes and rest periods. This class is scalable and accessible for all levels of fitness however a reasonable level of strength is recommended.

Build (ENGINE) Class

8PM TO 8:30PM

A 45-minute cardio-based class programmed around building your engine and work capacity, with a more endurance style work rate.

THURSDAY

BLAST Class

9:30AM TO 10:30AM

Turn your body into a calorie burning furnace, build mental toughness and torch body fat with our metabolically demanding workouts. You’ll have a blast of fun in the process. Adaptable to all levels of fitness.

TRAIN WITH A TRAINER

MIDDAY TO 1PM

A chance to train alongside one of the Farm Fitness coaches. Follow their set programming for that day. Workouts can be scaled for all abilities. This is not a coached class, more so group training.

BLAST Class

7:15PM TO 8:15PM

Turn your body into a calorie burning furnace, build mental toughness and torch body fat with our metabolically demanding workouts. You’ll have a blast of fun in the process. Adaptable to all levels of fitness.

Friday

Blaze (Engine) Class

7:00PM TO 8:00PM

A high-energy, cardio-focused class that will boost your fitness levels and torch some serious calories. Finish the week strong and head into the weekend feeling energised.

Saturday

Burn Class

8:30AM TO 9:30AM

Our original and most famous class, voted ‘one of the best classes in the UK’ by Men’s Health. Working in small teams to battle through multiple blocks incorporating; dynamic strength, static holds, and measurable explosive cardio efforts to boost fitness levels, torch calories and build functional strength across the board.

Burn Class

9:45AM TO 10:45AM

Our original and most famous class, voted ‘one of the best classes in the UK’ by Men’s Health. Working in small teams to battle through multiple blocks incorporating; dynamic strength, static holds, and measurable explosive cardio efforts to boost fitness levels, torch calories and build functional strength across the board.

Open Gym

11AM TO 2PM

Open gym is for the people are happy to train outside of the classes and work on their own individual programs. This is only available during the hours listed.
