FARMFIT is our FLAGSHIP strength and conditioning program. A comprehensive and approachable version of Farm Fitness’ very own training regime used daily at HQ. Thoughtfully designed 12-week cycles with themes in training to progress strength, functionality and work capacity. If you’re looking to gain strength and improve your all-round fitness, this is the program for you.

Program Information

Who’s the program designed for?

FARMFIT has been designed to allow both beginner and advanced athletes to progress. The program is based on our training philosophy of low-skill, high yield and can be scaled to suit individual fitness levels.

Training volume and style

At the start of each training cycle there will be a coaches introductory video to outline the training intent and stimulus of the cycle. The session detail includes a specific warmup, targeted strength progressions, accompanied by accessory work and a Metcon or monostructural conditioning piece e.g. ski, run, row, bike. This program requires around 60-90 minutes per session to complete, 4-6 days per week.

Gym Requirements

To get the most out of training, access to a fully equipped gym or home setup is recommended. If skill or equipment is limited, our extensive video library will guide you in scaling and modifications.


At minimum you will need access to a squat rack, dumbbells, a sandbag and an erg. The plan will also use additional kit such as power and kettlebells.

Do I need a gym to complete this program?

Access to a gym or a well-equipped home gym is required for this program.

How much time do I need?

FARM FIT is a 4-6 sessions per week. Each session will take approximately 60-90 minutes, however where short for time these can be condensed into 45 minutes.

What happens if I miss a day?

No stress. This program is designed to be flexible and allows you to shift the days of training to suit you.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Monthly billing is automated unless you cancel.

How many days of training will I receive at a time?

You will receive 7 days of training at a time.

How do I train at Farm Fitness?
