Who’s the program designed for?

FUNCTION programme is perfect for those who are feeling burnt out or overwhelmed with trying to fit training around life commitments

Training volume and style

FUNCTION will get you in and out the gym within 45-60 minutes. This program includes a Power Up Prep, strength work, Power Up Finisher, finished with a ‘Flow Down’ Move, Breathe, Down Regulate. At the start of each training cycle there will be a coaches introductory video to outline the training intent and stimulus of the cycle.

Gym requirements

Although access to a fully equipped gym is recommended, it is not essential for this program as it’s highly scalable and adaptable.

Equipment

At minimum you will need access to a squat rack, resistance bands, dumbbells, kettlebells and an erg. The plan will also use additional kit such as a box / bench and pull up bar.

We have designed this program to be accessible to everyone of all fitness levels. This program is perfect for those with a busy life. This Plan will leave you feeling stronger and more energised.

Do I need a gym to complete this program?

Access to a gym is required for this program.

How much time do I need?

FUNCTION is a 3-4 sessions per week. Each session will take approximately 45-60 minutes.

What happens if I miss a day?

No stress. This program is designed to be flexible and allows you to shift the days of training to suit you.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Monthly billing is automated unless you cancel.

How many days of training will I receive at a time?

You will receive 7 days of training at a time.

How do I train at Farm Fitness?
