I began training with Tom in March 2016 as I needed the motivation to change my lifestyle – become fitter and lose weight.
I had no idea what to expect but the results I have achieved over the past 6 months have been a testament to Tom’s knowledge, expertise and patience.
He has cajoled, pushed and persuaded me to help achieve my goals. He has taken the time to designed bespoke programmes to help me achieve my targets, while taking my age and my level of fitness into consideration.
I can happily say I have lost over 2 stone in weight and I am as fit as I have ever been which I could not have done without Toms guidance and genuine help to get his clients fit and stay healthy.
