When I started my training programme at Farm Fitness, I was looking to improve both my physical fitness and mental wellbeing – I hadn’t realised just how important the programme would become to me, as lockdown kicked in.
Tom’s approach to training is brilliant. The plan was comprehensive but straightforward to follow and provided me with everything I needed to know to understand both my training and nutrition schedule.
COVID has been a considerable challenge for us all. It has been an incredible escape to be able to work through the Farm Fitness programme in my garden. Although I couldn’t visit the farm to work out with Tom – His remote support kept me motivated to keep pushing on throughout.
The Farm fitness style of training isn’t easy, it’s a blend of strength and functional fitness professionally designed to give you real results, and as nothing of any value comes easy, it’s a programme that genuinely rewards every effort you put in.
