Program Information

Who's the program designed for?

Khrys has designed this program for anyone looking to focus on the Olympic Weightlifting Core Lifts. LIFT is not only going to teach you correct positioning but also help you build a solid core and strong overhead positioning to support your lifts.

Training volume and style

LIFT is a periodised programmed based on a 8-week cycle progression. It is a recurring monthly subscription program building week by week. Alongside the main lifting days, there is also an addition Barbell Conditioning Metcons for or those wanting to incorporate more conditioning work. Each LIFT session is approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours of training.

Gym requirement

Access to a fully equipped is required to get the most out of this program.

Equipment

Barbell, plates, dumbbells and a squat rack are the minimum requirement equipment for this program. Additional equipment such as a bench, plyometric box and bands would be beneficial for accessory movements.

Do I need a gym to complete this program?

Access to a gym or a well-equipped home gym is required for this program.

How much time do I need?

LIFT is 3 days minimum per week, with the option for additional days. Each session will take approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours.

What happens if I miss a day?

No stress. This program is designed to be flexible and allows you to shift the days of training to suit you. It is recommended that the 3 must-do sessions are undertaken.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Monthly billing is automated unless you cancel.

How many days of training will I receive at a time?

You will receive 7 days of training at a time.

How do I train at Farm Fitness?

We have multiple membership options which can be found on our website here. As an online member you will receive 50% off all drop-in sessions.

How do I attend a Farm Strong Lifting Club class?

Classes run every Tuesday 7pm-8pm and can be booked here.
